Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the iOS apps published by Soravo ("we"): NowTodo and BabyKok.
The short version
Our apps require no account and we operate no servers of our own. Your records stay on your device and in your own iCloud account. Posts you choose to share in the BabyKok community are stored in Apple's CloudKit public database. We do not sell your data.
Data storage
- On your device: tasks, logs, and settings are stored locally on your iPhone.
- iCloud: if you use shared spaces (NowTodo) or family sharing (BabyKok), the shared data syncs through your own iCloud account. We never see it — it is covered by Apple's iCloud privacy terms.
- BabyKok community: content you post to the community is stored in the app's public database on Apple's CloudKit. Other BabyKok users can see it, and we, as the developer, can access it through Apple's CloudKit tools. Please don't post information you want to keep private.
- Exports: JSON export (NowTodo) and AI-friendly export (BabyKok) create files only when you choose to export. Where you send them is up to you.
Data we collect
We do not run analytics servers. Apart from community posts you choose to share, we do not collect your content. The apps may display ads served by third-party advertising networks; those partners may collect device identifiers and usage data according to their own privacy policies. Apple may also collect diagnostics if you have opted in on your device.
Children
BabyKok records information about babies, entered by their parents or caregivers. The app is intended for adult use; we do not knowingly collect data directly from children, and all records remain on the family's own devices and iCloud.
Your rights
Because your data lives on your device and iCloud, you can delete it at any time by deleting the app or its iCloud data. Community posts are stored separately in the public database; to have them removed, contact us. For questions about this policy, contact us and we will respond.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above.
