Do I need an account?
No. Every feature is free and works without an account.
Where are my tasks stored?
Personal tasks are stored on your iPhone. Shared spaces in Together sync through your own iCloud account. Your tasks are included in iCloud device backups and come with you when you move to a new iPhone.
Can I complete a task from the Lock Screen?
Yes. The Live Activity shows your current task with a progress ring. Complete it or defer it without unlocking, and the next task appears on its own.
How do I add a task without opening the app?
Use the Action Button, Back Tap, a Control Center button or Siri. Natural-language dates work too, so "report by Friday" sets the date for you.
How does Together work?
Together gives each group, such as your partner, roommates or family, its own shared space. Send an invite link, and opening it joins the space. There is no sign-up because sharing runs on iCloud. Together is currently in beta.
How do I back up or move my tasks?
Tasks are included in iCloud device backups and transfers. You can also export and import your data as JSON.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone with iOS 26.0 or later.
BabyKok
Do I need to sign up?
No. BabyKok has no sign-up, and we run no servers of our own. Records stay on your phone and in your own iCloud.
How do I share records with my partner?
Invite them with a 6-digit invite code or a link. Records sync in real time through iCloud, and you get a quiet notification when your partner starts a feed or a nap. You can manage family members, or leave a shared family, inside the app.
How are the next feed and nap predicted?
BabyKok combines your baby's recent pattern with age-based reference data. Predictions are guidance, not medical advice. If you are worried about your baby's health, talk to a pediatrician.
Can I turn off notifications at night?
Yes. Night-time reminders, such as those for night feeds, can be turned off.
Can I hide the live status on my Lock Screen?
Yes. In the app, go to Settings › Lock Screen to turn the live status on or off.
Does BabyKok work with Apple Watch?
Yes. Log with three buttons on your Apple Watch.
What does the AI export do?
It exports your records for a date range you choose, in a format AI assistants read well. You decide where to paste it. Nothing leaves your phone unless you share it yourself.
Who can see my community posts?
Community posts are stored in Apple's CloudKit public database and are visible to other BabyKok users. To have a post removed, email us. See the Privacy Policy for details.
